Social Pet’s Charlotte location sits at 3814 Monroe Road, next door to Animal Medical Hospital at 3832. Drop-off only. Dogs come here to stay for a day or a week, and this location runs lodging, daycare, and grooming; training is listed at the other two.

The door rule is vaccines, and the company prints the list: “Your dog needs to be at least 4 months old and current on all vaccinations. We require Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, Parainfluenza, and a negative Fecal test.” Canine influenza is recommended, not required. Records get confirmed before a first booking. Nothing on the site addresses spay/neuter status, and no breed or weight limit appears anywhere.

The first visit is itself an evaluation. “Each dog participates in a comprehensive assessment during their first day of daycare,” with staff watching body language and play style before assigning a group. Enrichment playgroups cap at ten. Size and temperament decide the grouping, and one-on-one sessions with a staff member run for dogs that don’t want a group at all.

Water is one of the few amenities the FAQ states plainly: fresh water in every play zone and in the accommodations, bowls run through a dishwasher daily. Rawhides and rope toys aren’t allowed in the building.

Hours are split, seven days a week. Seven to noon, then two to seven, which means no midday pickup. Holidays can close daycare.

No staff member sleeps on site. Overnight coverage is “separate security and fire monitoring systems with live, 24-7 monitoring and dispatch,” with a team member on call. Webcams are available to watch group play.

Money: daycare drops to $44 a day inside a package, and lodging starts at $70. Per-visit daycare pricing isn’t posted. Reservations run through Gingr, and the phone number reaches a shared line for all three locations.

The Charlotte building has a sensory garden, which the other two locations don’t. Common Market Oakwold is about half a mile east on the same road.
