Resident Culture Brewing Company

Resident Culture Brewing Company at 2101 Central Avenue is the brewery proper: a revitalized warehouse where all the company’s beer is made. Its FAQ answers the pet question in one line. “Yes! We allow well behaved, leashed pets both inside and outside our Brewery taproom.” Inside counts, which is rarer than the patio-only rule most Charlotte taprooms publish.

The outdoor side comes in parts, and the brewery names them on its private events page: a Barrel Corner, an open-air Beer Garden Patio, a Beer Garden Tent held back for private bookings, and outdoor patio tables. The tent is the piece that can be closed to the public on a given night. Nothing on the site says the pet rule changes from one space to the next.

Food is a truck. Leroy’s Snack Shack parks on site and runs 4:30 to 9 Tuesday through Thursday, 4:30 to 9:30 Friday and Saturday, noon to 7 Sunday. The taproom’s own hours run longer than that, so the beer outlasts the kitchen most nights. Sandwiches, wings, loaded fries, per the FAQ. No dish list is published anywhere on the site.

Water bowls are not published one way or the other. The bowls-and-free-treats detail that circulates in directory listings doesn’t appear on any Resident Culture page. Leashes are the brewery’s written condition, and county law requires physical restraint off your own property regardless.

One scope note. That FAQ answer says “Brewery taproom,” and the brewery is this address. Resident Culture’s other location, a taproom inside the Market at 7th Street food hall uptown, isn’t named in the answer, and its own page says nothing about pets.
