Aloft Charlotte Airport

Aloft Charlotte Airport sits at 3928 Memorial Parkway in the City Park pocket southeast of Charlotte Douglas, a couple of miles from the terminal. Dogs are allowed in guest rooms. That claim does not come from the hotel.

The property’s only official page lives on marriott.com, which refuses automated requests, and the archived capture of it is unreachable too. So what’s here rests on visitor-facing directory listings rather than on anything the hotel publishes in a form that can be read and cited. Three of them agree dogs are allowed. Two of the three put the cap at two pets per room, forty pounds each.

They don’t agree on the money. Romingo and Trip.com both list fifty dollars a night, non-refundable. HotelPlanner repeats the same two-pet, forty-pound limit and then states there’s no pet fee at all. One of those is wrong, and it can’t be settled from a source that stands behind it, so the fee field on this page stays empty. The hotel’s direct line is (980) 279-5550.

Indoor leash rules aren’t published anywhere either. Mecklenburg County’s animal ordinance, Sec. 3-71, requires physical restraint anywhere off your own property, which covers the lot and the sidewalk no matter what the hotel says or doesn’t say about the hallways. The Aloft brand markets a pet program across the chain involving a bed, a bowl, and a bag of treats. Nothing property-level confirms it runs at this address.

Whether there’s a designated relief area on the grounds isn’t published. One directory describes a relief area within walking distance, which is a different thing from the hotel saying so.

The dog parks and greenways in this guide are all across town from here. Frazier Park, the nearest of them, is roughly six miles northeast at the western edge of uptown.
